Introduction

The Inventory Management System (IMS) was developed to facilitate management, tracking, and maintenance of any company's properties, such as Hardware, Software, and Office Supplies. This database includes three modules, with identifiable goals:

• Hardware Module:
  Helps manage and track Hardware information (Computer, Printer, Copy machine, Fax machine, scaner...), such as hardware name, description, vendor's, manufacturers' information, cost, serial #, bar code, who is using the system, location... .
• Software Module:
  Helps manage and track Software information, such as software name, description, vendors' information, cost, license #, # of copies, user's name ... .
• Office Supplies Module:
  Helps manage and track Office Supplies' information (Desk, Chair, Cabinet...), venders' information, manufacturers' information, cost, serial #, bar code, and location... .
